Obstetricians and gynaecologists are the medical and medical professions that deal with pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period (including the care of new-borns. Professional midwives are called midwives. It helps you stay healthy during pregnancy and gives birth with minimal intervention if complications do not arise. Midwives also look after the mother and baby during the first few weeks after birth.
